We have been taking our dog to Brooknelle for over three years now. A while back the management changed and Brian and Brittany have made a huge difference. They have cleaned the place up, renovated the buildings, added to outdoor areas and modernized the whole operation. However, the familiarity with the pets and their owners have not changed at all. All the employees are great with the animals and my dog is always excited when we get there. One big thing worth mentioning is the onsite training. I use Brooknelle all the time- Brittany and Brian are fantastic… SO professional, so VERY caring.. they really pay attention to detail- And the facility is very clean and welcoming and comfortable for the pets. If you want your pets well taken care of whether it be boarding or grooming, I most DEFINITELY recommend Brooknelle!!! I love them, and so do my dogs and cat!!!

My dog Edan is very temperamental and grooming has always been a challenge. Most places either refuse to groom it or say they cant handle the behavior displayed by hirm. Brooknelle is the only place that has consistently been able to get Edan groomed, and they do a great job every time.
Brittany is incredibly kind with animals and you can tell she truly cares about every pet, even the ones that arent exactly the easiest or prettiest. We are very grateful we found Brooknelle!!!!
