I participated in a meditation class with Brett and was impressed by his knowledge and thoroughness. When he speaks on meditation you can feel his presence all around the room. He is a gentle soul who truly cares about passing this information on to others. Before my first class was even done I was able to tell that Brett is incredibly gifted with communication along with an exceptional ability to answer your questions on a personal level. Great massage therapist! I'm super happy to have found Brett. I went in with tension headaches and he was able to bring me relief quickly with one session. They came back, because sometimes our bodies seem to hate us, but another go at it from Brett brought it right back under control.
The room is very relaxing and well set up. The waiting area and spa itself are quite lovely too.
