Circumstances were unfortunate for this last visit but Dr Seedle (sp?, sorry, it was an emotional morning) was very kind, compassionate and respectful of our family needs during this time. I couldn't have asked for a better guide. I hope this message gets back to him. I appreciate him and the empathy he gave. Much respect and a heartfelt thank you.
The staff are very caring and treat your animals with complete respect. They will go over all of the options available to treat the cause of your visit and the pros and cons of each potential route. I'm normally very wary of people around my cats however, seeing how the staff interacts with them makes me sure that I chose the right place to take them for care.
BVAC always goes above and beyond for me and my cat! They are so so very kind, helpful, and informative. I have been to a few different vets in Grand Rapids but none have customer service or fair prices comparable to BVAC or their Cascade location. They truly care for the animals they see :)
