I went in for the aura head spa experience with Persephone & i absolutely LOVED it! the scheduled time was from 12:30-2:30pm, & that is exactly the amount of time that it took(i love the accuracy so i can plan the rest of my day). we started right at 12:30 with a full explanation of the service & getting myself prepped & into the bed for service which included an incredible facial & fantastic scalp scrubbing & some hair play with brushes which felt amazing. there was also a super high def camera to show you your scalp before & after the treatment which was super cool! she was also willing to change how certain parts of the service were done based on my preferences/sensitivities which was great to know. she also blow dryed my hair for me after which was great so i didn’t leave looking like a crazy person (especially since it’s winter) overall the service was amazing, very relaxing, & i personally think it was worth the price & would definitely recommend & would go again! the actual building & atmosphere is also very nice! they have a cute lobby area to wait & a fully stocked bathroom if you’re in a pinch & in need of anything.
I recently moved to the Allendale area, and just booked an appointment with who could with the time I had. they matched me with Unity and I couldn't have picked someone better myself. As a girl who has been getting their lashes done for almost 3 years- I couldn't be more happy with the results. I went in with an idea, and she exceeded what I even wanted. I wanted to try something new, but also keep a certain look. She created a style unique to my needs and was able to work with a trauma experience and some sparse/thinning. She was patient and understanding. I had to last minute change the way my appointment was booked and she adjusted to make it work for me. she is absolutely amazing I'm so happy to have found a lash studio and lash artist I can have consistency with again. The studio was welcoming, clean and a whole vibe. I'd recommend her and this place to anyone hands down who hasn't been.
Love this place! I have now experienced the Princess Facial and had my eyelashes lifted and tinted - twice! Always have great service! Erin Vilella is amazing and always gives me great results! Definitely recommend!
