Bob's Transmissions-West Michigan

Spoke with a gentleman by the name of Jacob today, down on 28th St., in Grand Rapids.The guy was very helpful, had a good attitude, and really tried to go above and beyond to be helpful. Thank you Jacob!

My truck blew a transmission a few weeks ago; Bob and his team worked super hard and got it right after they made a communication error between the repair shop and the transmission shop on who was doing what. While it was frustrating and I made that clear, he handled it with grace and that alone is the reason I'll be taking my vehicles back there. Heck of a job on a tight timeline and that stuff is in short order these days. Thanks, Bob and team!

Recently had my transmission rebuilt here and was VERY happy with the services. The shop Manager is awesome and "Al" who apparently works as a technition was especially helpful in answering all of my questions. HIGHLY recommend this shop. 100%
