Everyone at Bengston Center is so welcoming and kind! My experience with everyone that I came in contact with, especially Dr Alfonso, was beyond my expectations! Dr Alfonso is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, but most importantly, he truly listens. I had many questions the first couple of weeks after surgery and they were answered swiftly and with compassion. I never felt like a bother. I can confidently say, Dr Alfonso and his team are on of the Best!

I have an interesting experience I want to share. On Friday, June 19 early afternoon, I courteously called Bengtson to cancel a cosmetic consultation (within the 48 hr cancellation window) due to a last minute conflict in my schedule. The person I talked with said there was no problem, since I was within the cancellation window with no fees.
To my surprise…the same day AFTER 5 pm (intentionally, of course, so I couldn’t call back to discuss it), I rec’d a “boiler plate” provider/client termination letter from Practice Manager, Lisa Morren. Yet, they have been fine with taking my money ($2,000) for product I’ve been purchasing there since 2024. I’ve never even had an official appt with them outside of this consultation. I feel like I am being discriminated against due to my anxiety issues which I fully disclosed to them and they were aware of. I was taken back that a well-known clinic, such as Bengtson, would treat someone so rudely. No empathy.
In the end, as the saying goes, “as one door closes, another one opens”. It worked to my benefit, as the dismissal letter prompted me to seek a reputable provider in the GR area to work with purchasing the same product at a much less cost than Bengtson. I will use them for the same consultation services. I’ve always known their pricing was out-of-sight, but this confirmed it to me.
Anyway…potential client beware! Bengtson is a lot about facade…not trustworthy. What might look good on the outside is not always a marker for good moral ethics and client care.

I knew Dr. Alfonso was the right plastic surgeon to perform my rhinoplasty from the very first consultation.
Not because he told me what he could change.
But because he understood what I wanted to preserve.
After years of injuries from soccer and a car accident, my nose had become my biggest insecurity. I didn’t want a different face. I didn’t want a trendy nose. I wanted to look like myself again.
That’s what makes Dr. Alfonso an artist.
Not because he can perform a rhinoplasty.
But because he didn’t make me look like someone else.
Anyone can alter a feature. True artistry is knowing how to restore balance, function, and confidence while preserving the person behind it.
When I look in the mirror now, I don’t see a new version of myself. I see the version I had been missing.
The entire experience at the Bengtson Center was exceptional. From being welcomed with kindness and warm blankets to the incredible care I received from clinical team Autumn and Mackenzie, Lindsey and the surgical team, I felt supported every step of the way.
