I loved the hot infrared sauna here! I let the office manager know an hour before I was arriving and she turned the sauna on so it was hot before I arrived. The sauna is very clean, private, and they provide cozy bath robe, music, towels, tea, and water. I love that you do not need a membership, the price is super inexpensive, and you can literally walk down the hall and get a massage or do a yoga class after.
Holistic Health Collective is a peaceful, welcoming space for whole-person wellness. The atmosphere feels calm, clean, and thoughtfully curated, and the practitioners here bring both skill and care to their work. I love that you can receive facials in a setting that supports relaxation and nervous system balance, not just surface-level results. It is the kind of place where you can take a deep breath, feel safe, and leave feeling genuinely restored.
Can’t thank them enough! Beaubien was able to get me in same day when I was experiencing severe back pain during pregnancy. They were a lifesaver because three other facilities I called couldn’t make anything work but Beaubien did! Cynthia was my massage therapist and she was amazing. She was so sweet and had such a calming demeanor and I felt so relaxed. Her massage was fantastic! I loved the pregnancy table too! That made the massage so much more comfortable. I will definitely be back!
