Update: After a conversation with the crew im happy to adjust my rating to 5 stars. They offered to be back out today to clean the mess, or even pay for a cleaning crew. They also offered to compensate us for anything that was damaged with the soot. They did everything expected from a professional business when things get missed. We are all human and mistakes happen. But how those issues are handled make all the difference!
We had an old chimney torn down and replaced. Along with a new vent for our hot water heater. The chimney and vent look and work amazingly. We are really happy with those aspects. Where we lost a few points was the mess left behind.... read full review
You will not find a company more honest, respectful, and knowledgeable. The entire team is top notch. I burn all fall and winter. Getting an annual chimney cleaning and inspection are a must to remain safe. It is money well spent!
B&B was great to work with from start to finish. The communication was great and price was very reasonable. The guys that came to repair my chimney and work on my fireplaces were knowledgeable, on time, friendly and took great care working inside and outside of my home. Would totally recommend them!
