Laura is absolutely amazing in so many ways. I've recently started working with her for a pinched nerve in left shoulder. My initial session I'll call more full bodied The next two sessions Laura used a massage chair. The focus has been on my upper back, shoulders, neck and arms. Relief has been quick and significant. Thanks laura!!
I only took the conditioning and conditioning/yoga combo class, but I really enjoyed them. They were a fresh take on some of the same exercises I've done over and over again. Really enjoyed the flow of these classes. Would recommend!
My Thai Yoga session with Laura was incredible. It was exactly what I needed in my 9th month of pregnancy and she created such a comfortable environment for me to experience deep relaxation. My body is still thanking me!
