Kathy from Apex has been beyond amazing! She helped me out with a part same day that they didn't stock on-site but helped me attain it at the warehouse. She went above and beyond & I'm so grateful Ace Hardware recommended them, because she not only helped me get the part needed for the washing machine, she's become a friend & I couldn't be more grateful!

Apex was excellent to work with. Called them first thing on a Monday and Mark, the tech, was out to my house that same afternoon. I really like that the office calls first when the tech is on their way so you know when to expect them for sure.
Mark was great. Super professional and kind. Didn't have the right part to fix my dryer but diagnosed the problem quickly and was back in just a few short days to finish the repair.
