Jordan and Bob were very helpful in selecting replacement windows for our home. The crew that did the work was courteous, efficient and cleaned up after themselves each day. Thanks for making a process we were not looking forward to smooth!

In 2016 I had 8 Marvin windows installed by AOA. I really like these windows and had one issue with the bathroom window, the locking latch broke. Bob came over, checked things out, and was able to order the part I needed. The next week he replaced the broken part, and also replaced the window crank (I had painted the window white to match the newly painted vanity) I really appreciated that and then when I grabbed my checkbook to pay for the parts and service, he said there was no charge! I was so surprised! Not used to service like this. Really happy I went with this company back in 2016. It’s 10 years later and they still took care of me. ?

AOA replaced 2 sliding doors and 16 windows with Marvin's Infinity product. The level of service provided from Jordan and Bob was outstanding. From the start of the project to its conclusion, all of my questions (so many) and concerns were addressed. I was sold the product that I needed, with respect for my budget. I couldn't have asked for a better product or installation - having worked in Quality for 30 years, that says a lot! Jordan stayed in touch throughout the process and followed up upon completion. This winter was exceptionally cold, and in two months my energy bills are lower than the prior year. I highly recommend AOA for a great quality product... read full review
