John Snyder and his crew just finished a 4 day install of a new metal shingle roof including a new skylight. The job was done as promised within the time scheduled. Cleanup was exceptional. Thanks for a great job and a great new roof!

Greerings...Initially, my experience was very exceptional...especially the crew chief, Joe K, who in the midst of winter, did an excellent job getting the windows installed in a timely manner and satisfied my wife's questions with respect and professionalism.Now, with a window, clearly in need of replacement, 2 years old and collecting moisture between the panes, I cannot get them to respond. I have reached a member of the staff who apparently works with the limited warranty, and now he does not return phone calls or following thru on what has been promised. I'm afraid the old warning about home remodeling outfits that grab the money and run is a reality.... read full review
