Received a snow blower from my father in law with unknown issues. Dropped it off on a Friday, got a call on Monday that they did a whole list of wonderful things and it’s working again! They also repaired the turning lever that had fallen off. This was during snowy season too. They were able to hold onto it for multiple days until my husband and I could rent a truck and get it home. Extremely fair pricing, everyone was very nice. Will be back for any repairs we need in the future!

Dropped my broken snow blower off at the end of the day, Friday, and they had it done before noon, on Monday. This was in the middle of snow season. Charged the minimum of what they estimated it to be, which was a very fair price. People were nice and knowledgable. Princess was the best employee ever! Will bring every small motor issue to them in the future.
