The technicians are knowledgeable, understanding and do a good job ensuring that the lawn area is treated completely. I informed the company that weeds still existed in my lawn after treatment 2 weeks prior. A technician was sent to apply a free treatment within 7 days after my complaint

When I had many dandelions 3 weeks after weed and feed application and reported it they returned for a free re-application within 3 days. Full disclosure: This is a home purchase of a yard that was neglected for years. Tru green is doing their very best to save it. I’m very confident they will. Great service and service recovery.
