Customer service was great and the staff were funny and knowledgeable. Got my phone repaired in a timely fashion, and works perfect again. This is the second time i’ve come to this location now and both times I’ve been blown away by the professionalism of this place. Honestly highly recommend them, they are great people over there.

The best I could give in return to my experience is a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ otherwise it would be higher. This guy simply hard reset my phone for me and let me wait on his wifi till the reset was completed. If I would have needed services to complete this it would have been $60 but I didnt and Then he charged me nothing. I was definitely on a spiritual high after the free phone I got was reset for free. My faith in humanity has been restored.Thanks again man! Samsung Galaxy 8 Plus

I need to have the usb port replaced on my cell phone. The technician clearly explained the repair process, cost, and time required for the repair. The repair was made on time, and for the estimated cost.
