Not the best at communication, I can never seem to get anyone on the phone it says they're open but I keep getting their voicemail not sure what the problem is but they are tough to get a hold of to say the least.

Their stuff are so unprofessional and rude. I will never visit their office. They need better people who knows how to at least greet patients when they walk in to their office. So disappointed waiting two plus months for this appointment and they end up giving me the wrong address. What a waist of my gas to drive even here.

Today was my first visit to Grand Haven Family Dentistry. I have some general nervousness about visiting dentist offices and had been away for long time. I felt right at home here! The staff was very friendly, lots of them came to check on me, made sure that I was okay, and they took great care of me! I am looking forward to my return visits!
