We had a great experience with Karl at French Heating & Cooling. Our AC wasn't keeping up, and with summer coming and having just purchased our new home, we were really hoping to avoid a major replacement right away.

He made it a priority to get us on the schedule quickly, showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the issue, and got our AC running properly again without trying to sell us something we weren't ready for. Just had Carter and Ryan from French Heating & Cooling to our home to address a furnace/humidifier issue. Very polite and informative on our problem. They worked together and solved the problem within 30 minutes. We initially called them because of their top rating on FB. We were totally happy and French will always be our first call going forward. Great job guys, thank you very much

Karl came to our house on Tuesday..the minute he walked in he could smell something odd,went into the crawl space and turned off all power to our furnace. he was upfront about everything, we were at high levels of carbon monoxide..very scary!.. ordered our new furnace,gave us space heaters to use for the night, His crew was out first thing Wednesday morning and worked tirelessly all day in a cramped crawlspace and had heat to our home by 5 pm. The whole experience from start to finish was incredible..very thankful for all they did for us....professional and honest!! Thank you for everything! Steve and Lennie Kawka
