French Heating & Cooling is a reliable and professional service provider. They respond quickly to customer needs and offer fair prices. Their technicians are knowledgeable and courteous, providing thorough and efficient services. From heating system installation to AC installation, the crew is professional and tidy, leaving no mess behind. The office staff is also helpful in scheduling and answering questions. Customers have consistently had a positive experience with French Heating & Cooling, exceeding their expectations. Overall, they offer excellent service and value for the price. French called back immediately and listened patiently, kindly suggesting to check for something with the word neutral in it. He said they will be able to verify if that is the issue if it's in a line to the house. He said, if not, he would be happy to come out and look at the air conditioner. They did a wonderful job and always answered questions. Scheduling was easy with Beth, she was knowledgeable and efficient. Carter came out and did an amazing job. Fast, professional with upfront, honest pricing!
Just had Phillip here because my AC was not working. Called them when they opened and they are extremely busy right now due to the sudden heat but were willing to fit me in this morning. Karl and his crew did it once again!!! Thanks French’s!!
Mr. French and his staff has come through in stellar fashion on multiple occasions for our house. Each one has come at an inopportune time on our end and stress has always been high. His calm and steady demeanor has always been reassuring. They explain the issues in common ways to make the best judgement and his recommendations have never steered us wrong. A small business owner that supports and respects veterans and treats them and their family like human beings will always be my first call and continue to get my business.
