Advanced Plumbing came right out after we called. Alec and Eric were fantastic. They fixed our problem with the faucet, and not only that, but were very nice and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with them! Highly recommend.
We had a leak from our water heater. Advance plumbing answered my panicked call for help. They advised me on what to do and not do until they could get here. Because I was able to get the main water shut off they came over the next morning. They returned 2 other times to move and replace the water heater. They were always on time, polite and helpful. I will continue to use Advance Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.
Mark and his team worked swiftly to resolve our incorrectly installed tankless water heater that was malfunctioning just 18 months after our new home build. The original plumber installer was not responding and I reached out to Advanced Plumbing to review my situation. Within just a couple days they worked with the equipment manufacturer to obtain a replacement unit under warranty, corrected wrongly installed exhaust and intake pipes and properly completed the installation of the unit with other missing equipment., including check valve and small water conditioner to reduce future required maintenance and help ensure smoother operation.
