A wonderful staff who genuinely cares for the pets and their owners. I have a million questions everytime, some of which I need to repeat every few visits because I forget, and Dr. Arkens and her staff answer them with patience and generosity. I have two pets there and some of the files have been mismatched but those were small mistakes they were quick to correct. Overall, it is a wonderful place for new pet owners and their pets.

I've been taking my pets to Morrison Animal Hospital for years. All doctors I have encountered there have given the utmost care to my dog and cat. They explain things so well so that I understand what's going on in the body, and the course of treatment. Every time I called a doctor with concerns, my calls were returned and I had the complete attention from them without any of them ever being in a rush. Recently I had to have my dog euthanized. I was so touched and impressed with how the office handled my situation. I've been going to Morrison Animal Hospital for about 11yrs now and love them.From the ladies at the front, to the vet techs, and the doctors themselves, they're all fantastic!(I can't say all of my puppers agree with that opinion, but they're horrible liars, anyways)If any of the Dr.'s suggest that a lab or test be done, I'll follow that recommendation with confidence. I don't know of a single incidence they did that. What I can think of are several where it was, let's try A first as it's cheaper. If it didn't work or show any improvement, THEN we'll do B, C or D.Oh - and they've got some pretty good jokes!???????
