Front desk staff are so kind and understanding, nurses are great and Dr. Wafa Algahmi is one of the most knowledgeable, patient and caring doctors I have ever had. Will continue coming here!
Update: they let that receptionist go shortly after this situation. No problems since. Still seeing dr Haveman Oct 2022. Highly recommend her.The Drs are great but the receptionists are rude, condescending, and seriously lacking in empathy and compassion. I just had major surgery and I’m required to follow up with my primary care physician in 3 to 7 days and they refuse to schedule an appointment!! What a shame!!
I just left this place and let me tell you they were beyond helpful and professional! Took the time to make sure I was aware of all options and wouldn’t let me out the door until I was comfortable and safe! This place is a 10/10! Anyone who says anything less is just not knowledgeable! Thanks you ladies for all the help….I needed it! Bless you all!
