Atmosphere 5 star staff quality of life to help an demeanor 5 star been a while since going to doctor or dealing with office so came in worried about getting started staff helped me fully with no attitude or sign of resentment for there job smiled whole time even after coming in well before hr of my appointment they got me in super early an helped me correct all my paperwork from insurance mistakes I made before setting g appointment an was fully sent off with a smile just excellent work from start to finish from all staff that took care of me today.
Best doctor’s office around! I came in for a check up and bloodwork and the entire process was fast and professional. The entire staff was extremely helpful, especially the girl at the front Reem who helped me schedule a future appointment/ follow up and was very respectful and amazing!
From check-in to check-out, this was a 5-star experience. Reem at the front desk was incredibly pleasant and professional — she greeted me with a smile and made everything easy. Dr Ali was thorough, patient, and took time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. The office was clean, organized, and I was seen right on time. I left feeling heard and confident in my care plan. Can’t ask for better than this I Highly recommend. Mind you all this happened while i had a very hyper 3 yr old accompany me to my visit.
