“I've been working with Answer pretty consistently for several years now. More recently I've been signing up for their maintenance program. I pay a set rate and twice a year they come check out and maintenance my furnace and my central air. Each year I have the option to pay and renew. They contact me to schedule these and I don't have to remember or set an alert in my calendar to call them. As a single woman living alone I like that they send me a photo of the tech coming to my home and their name and rating from other customers. It feels very safe. Today my tech showed me why an older unit in my home wasn't working and now I don't need an additional service for something I thought I did. He also showed me how to work my humidifier and damper. He was very respectful and helpful.”
