I've been working with Answer pretty consistently for several years now. More recently I've been signing up for their maintenance program. I pay a set rate and twice a year they come check out and maintenance my furnace and my central air. Each year I have the option to pay and renew. They contact me to schedule these and I don't have to remember or set an alert in my calendar to call them. As a single woman living alone I like that they send me a photo of the tech coming to my home and their name and rating from other customers. It feels very safe. Now I need to add another review. We have had our share of bad luck with equipment failures. After the furnaces were replaced (yay) our water heater and two sump pumps failed (boo!) I replaced the sump pumps and the good luck is that Jim came right out, knew what we needed and today Bob Green gave us back our hot water (double yay!). And he was such a nice guy and very tidy. Job well done and the Howells are very happy
They have never let us down. Michael showed up early today, two days before Christmas, and we just called to say our furnace was out at 7 this morning. Michael saved the day to keep the furnace running till replacement.
Riley came over and gave me a quote for replacing the cold air return ducts. Being an amazing person, we agreed. Andrew K came over a couple of days later, promptly on time and performed the amazing work. His personality, professionalism, work ethic; he’s truly a great person. I would recommend this company for all repairs. Andrew was amazing to work with. Keep up the amazing work!
