Durning a rainstorm at 4am (not a typical rainstorm..hurricane like wind/rain that woke me up with soul crushing thunder) my sump pump decided it was gonna be the lazy one in the relationship and just hang out. I found myself putting my hand in scary hole filled with ice cold water in the basement to see if it had any reliable energy left in it. I began pumping it out by hand as the thunder crashed around me and left me questioning if basement monsters are really real. I found myself googling someone to assist me and traumatizing adventure at 4am in the scary basement. I AM SO THANKFUL FOR SMILLIE PLUMBING! They got me in before noon and Dave was absolutely amazing!!! Looking for a long relationship with my new pump and very impressed with the service! Thank you!!!!!!
