Loved the convenice of sample viewing at home. Mark made the process so easy with his ability to listen to my description of what I wanted and show me a few samples from which I could easily make my selection. For installation, Mark and crew did a super quality job! I appreciate their professionalism and attention to details. I highly recommend Parsons Family Flooring. Will most definitely work with them again!

Dealing with Mark was simple and hassle free. Having him come to the home to discuss options and look at samples was very convenient. When it came time to install the carpet, the crew was polite and professional. I appreciate that Mark was on site working right alongside the team, making sure everything went according to plan. He has multiple certifications in both floor covering installation and carpet cleaning. He takes charge of sales and installations.
