There were 2 issues, one was related to a different water source but they suggested ways to discover how it was happening after they repaired the crack. It was refreshing to deal with a business that cares about helping people not just what they were responsible for.“

“We had a flooding basement in the early hours of New Year's Eve morning. Gallons of water pouring in. Ended up needing the yard excavated, as a huge tree root collapsed the water line to the street. DONALDSON & SON'S came the day after New Year's and replaced the line! They quickly knew how to find the problem and did our job in 1 day! “They started in January and were not done in September. We sold the house in October and had the trim correction canceled because we no longer owned the house. All the work was subcontractor and much confusion getting everything corrected. The cabinet installer put trim up how he thought it should be causing shortage of trim. I did all the demo and wiring and corrected drywall and still got changed for it. The plumber worked about 1 hour but was there almost 6 hours. You need to get a breakdown of what everything is for. We are going to have our kitchen renovated next spring and already got someone else lined up. Much better price for the same cabinets as our last house. Beth was great to work with was the only positive part of the experience.“
