We've had two good experiences with Justin. He was able to get us in earlier than scheduled both times. He's been courteous, prompt, and addressed the issues with our dryer appropriately.

In my nearly 30 years of homeownership, I've had a lot of appliance repair calls. I have never had one as excellent as this. Never had one where the appliance repair technician (Nate) had researched our refrigerator in advance and shown up with everything he needed to fix it then and there. I was prepared to wait at least a couple weeks "for parts to come in." That's what always happens. I am so pleasantly surprised and so impressed. I am so thankful to Nate. We will be calling Saginaw Valley for all our appliance repairs from now on. Nicely done.

We have the Consumers Appliance Service Plan, and when our washing machine quit working, Consumers put us in contact with Saginaw Valley Service for repair. Setting up the appointment was easy and the receptionist was very informative about what to expect. We received a call to confirm our 8am-12pm appointment window the day before, and on the day of we received a call from our technician, Jamie, letting us know he would be at our house in 20 minutes. He was right on time, very friendly, and was able to diagnose the problem immediately.
