This guy was such a life saver!! I had a Fridge/freezer door that wouldn't close. I was quite concerned about the food thawing. He is very knowledgeable and found a very quick fix (a loose screw) and took the time to show me how to remove and replace the freezer drawers. He was there exactly when he said he'd be and it was quite short notice on my part. I can't say enough of how helpful and pleasant and informative and quick he was!!!
