“I took a iPhone in that was water damaged and the phone would ring but the screen was black and we needed it backed up since it had not been backed up to the cloud for along time. I can’t say enough great things about this place. They explained everything and they were able to get the information back and the gentleman that was there when my daughter picked up her phone transferred the information to her new phone and cleared the old phone. He was so helpful. People don’t always realize that everything can’t be fixed and that you need patience. Thank you“
