It would be nice if the tech would actually call when they’re on the way or the tracking would actually work. I live just 10 miles outside of the area you guys cover so I was meeting somewhere and since the tracking didn’t work and the tech didn’t call I ended up waiting 1.5 hours in the parking lot for them to come. Other than that the service was great.

I was having trouble hearing my callers. if I wasn’t face timing or on speaker the volume was low while using my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I went in for the 1st time and the young man working Davin cleaned my speaker. He also showed me how to do it my self in under 5mins. The best part about my visit, he didn’t charge me at all. Thanks #UBREAKIFIX

One and only one reason I didn't give 5 stars and 10/10 is that when I got my phone back, it was at 14% battery charge. the repairs were done wednesday and I picked it up thursday afternoon. I would have hoped to have the battery charged up at least a little bit more, even 30% would have been nice. Even without the battery charged, i was willing to buy a cord for the trip home, but the store was out of stock at the time.
