Shoutout to Bill for great customer service, great pricing, and an overall great experience! I have worked with Blue Flame twice now and I'm very happy with the service I received. The first service was on a house i was selling that day. No other HVAC company was able to service me for 3-4 weeks, when my oil furnace would not heat. After the first contact, I was provided with a two-hour window when he was able to come THAT AFTERNOON! Bill and Rob were able to quickly and efficiently diagnose my faulty oil pump and had a replacement in the van with them. Now, in the new house the furnace was acting up and couldn't keep up with the cold weather. Bill scheduled service less than a day after I had called, and he and Rob spent all day Friday diagnosing my furnace, to find out that it needed replaced. Before leaving he had me an estimate for a new Furnace, A/C unit (Which I requested) and answered every question I had regarding the new unit, what was needed, and exactly what was wrong with the old one. They were NOT by any means pushy as sales people typically are, gave me options as to what we wanted to purchase, and even recommended the standard to mid-tier equipment over the higher priced models. Monday morning they showed up and now by mid-afternoon the house is comfortable again. I can't compare Blue Flame's prices to others since both of my experiences with them were emergencies, but I will pay extra for great customer service, prompt service, and a friendly conversation while they are working. I really appreciate that both Bill and Rob will take the time to show me what they see and explain what they are doing, as opposed to many mainsteam companies who just want to get in and out, while charging you more for the work.
