I have been going to Melissa for years!!! She treats me like family 🥰 She does an awesome job. She is easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable and she is always learning new techniques to keep up with fashion.
I posted on Downriver and Friends FB Group looking for anyone who had availability for a same day highlight. Rebecca’s mom tagged her and this Salon in that post. I called the salon and asked for her. She did not have availability. She was able to move an appointment around and called back within 5mins to get me in. WHO DOES THAT? I am so grateful she went out of her way to accommodate me. Rebecca is young, and just starting her career. (Yes, licensed) The owner is her mentor and I received exactly what I asked for.
