I due like this place and the staff, but recently was charged 100.00 for canceling an appointment the morning of the appointment. The school called that morning to cancel for a snow day. So i called and canceled not nowing what to due with my 11 yr old. Did not want to leave him in lobby by himself . I did not know about charge if canceling within 48hrs of appointment and was not told when canceling nor was told that they would watch kids and have done so in past for clients. Would have went and took him if known that, but they have a small sign on wall at check out with rule to 48hr cancelation notice needed or will be charged. I’ve been having my dental care with Dr. Cohen for the past 3 years. The hygienist initially inquired about visit and explains the procedures. The newest technology is used, reducing time in the office. I highly recommend this dental office. They take good care of you.
