Bilz exceeded my expectation. Our water heater went out when I was out of town which my wife had to handle the process of replacement. Bilz prioritized our work because we were entirely without hot water. The office staff were knowledgable, courteous, and professional. The techs who came to our house we neat, polite, and hard working. To top it off after we paid our bill we got a check in the mail less than a week later with a refund of overpayment. They did not have to do this. We would have never known, but this company has integrity too. Highly recommend.

Called 8/21/24 an appt was made for 8/23 Gus & Patrick arrived and I had a disposal connected in no time. Gus is Friendly, polite and personable. I am extremely happy?

Best plumbing company around!! I have called 6-7 plumbing companies now and I couldn't get one of them to come out. If you are not standing by your phone when they happen to call you back, you're done. You can call them back but they won't answer OR call you back again. Went through this 6-7 times now in the Muskegon area and called ALL top rated companies.
But Bilz even though they were out a few weeks scheduled my right then and there. They came out, SUPER cool guys and knocked it out in less than a half hour after waiting months trying to get someone out here and get this thing fixes.
