I called this morning after noticing signs of a main sewer line blockage. Maddie responded right away and was very helpful. Unfortunately, Bilz didn’t have the equipment needed to clean the line properly, but they were upfront and honest about it. Maddie recommended two other companies they subcontract work to, and one of them was able to get the job done right away. Thanks to Bilz for the quick response and referral to Keil Sewer Solutions!

Bilz exceeded my expectation. Our water heater went out when I was out of town which my wife had to handle the process of replacement. Bilz prioritized our work because we were entirely without hot water. The office staff were knowledgable, courteous, and professional. The techs who came to our house we neat, polite, and hard working. To top it off after we paid our bill we got a check in the mail less than a week later with a refund of overpayment. They did not have to do this. We would have never known, but this company has integrity too. Highly recommend.

Called 8/21/24 an appt was made for 8/23 Gus & Patrick arrived and I had a disposal connected in no time. Gus is Friendly, polite and personable. I am extremely happy?
