The staff who come to my parents' home to work with my 85-year-old father after he burned himself in a hot bath due to his diabetes-based neuropathy have been exceptional. The nurse, Chilah, has been patient, thorough, and professional. The hygiene caregiver, Jo, gets things done. She gets Dad clean and even has shaved him (on her own suggestion). The therapists -- the one whose name I can think of right now is AK, the physical therapist -- are kind and friendly taskmasters, making sure Dad doesn't shortcut the exercises they give him to do. We have been in very safe hands indeed with this company.
