As a patient of Michigan Palliative and Hospice Care, I have had an outstanding experience with them. The nurses and aides are top notch; loving, caring, compassionate and professional. All of my needs have always been promptly addressed. The entire team is supportive of you as a patient and your family as well. I just had my first Palliative appointment with nurse practitioner Taylor Marsh, I couldn’t be happier. I’ve been a chronic care patient for 15 years. She prepared herself for the appointment with the notes she received from Custom palliative as they no longer take my insurance. Her knowledge, genuine concern, and professionalism, made for a great bedside manner so to speak. Her sunny disposition made it very easy to talk to her.
