Everyone is caring, kind, and calming, making patients feel like part of the family. The doctors and their staff are excellent, and the clinic should be the model for clinics everywhere. The experience is the best it can be, and the fear of treatment is diminished quite a bit. Patients feel lucky, blessed, and thankful to the team.
Everyone was wonderful from checking in for my appointment to having my mammogram and ultrasound, I was with caring, compassionate and professional women who could not have been sweeter. All of the women were very calming and truly made my experience the best it could be considering the fear we all come in with when getting our mammograms. The fear was diminished quite a bit. I'm thankful to the team at Karmanos!
I have the best experience coming to KARMANOS I had to travel all the way from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 to get treatment with Dr. Viviano She is an excellent Doctor when You come to KARMANOS you feel like at home The nurses and staff are very nice . They welcome you like you are part of the family. ❤️🙏🏼🙌🏻
The staff are incredible, polite, helpful and caring. I never waited longer than 5 minutes between procedures. The yellow slip numbering my procedures for the day helped me feel a sense of control knowing what would happen next. Having multiple procedures in one place was very convenient and a time saver. Dr. Aiello was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely concerned for my well-being, making sure I understood everything that was discussed. The ease of parking was wonderful and the facility is so clean and peaceful. This is medicine as it should be.
