My wife has been trying to make an appointment for a cancer screening with a referral from her doctor for 2 weeks and every time she calls they have a new excuse why they can't book an appointment. System down, person responsible not in, will call back......nothing. Worst experience ever. Rude people. Unbelievable this is how they treat potential clients.

I called to make an appointment. A young lady pick up put me on hold for 20mins. I called back she took my infomation and said wait 24hr. I had colon and rectal cancer stage 3 and it has returned. Thats not going to wait. I always heard good things. Keyword heard.
