Our landlord worked with A-1, we appreciated their service then and continued to work with them when we purchased our own home. Steve was kind and informative when helping us replace our furnace, AC and hot water heater last year. Something was wrong with the AC just shy of the 1 year warranty and he came out to fix the next day. I appreciate when he takes the time to explain things and educate on maintenance.
A-1 Comfort Control was absolutely AMAZING. Steve was very personable, knowledgeable and very informative. We had a gas leak in our home and were told to evacuate our home immediately. A-1 answered and quickly had someone out to our home to fix the issue. Steve was able to articulate what the issue was, fixed it and gave us suggestions and solutions to prevent any issues in the future. A-1 is the best in the Detroit Metro Area and I will proudly refer them to all of my family and friends.
We had our hot water heater finally go out on us and start leaking water all over our basement. Steve and Andrew really took great care of us and had a new hot water heater installed only a few hours after I contacted them. Highly recommend them ??
