Pioneer Inspection Services LLC provides highly recommended and professional inspections. The inspector is an excellent communicator, flexible, and efficient. He is a licensed builder and drone pilot with extensive knowledge, using state of the art equipment including a drone with a thermal camera. He performs incredibly detailed inspections, checking every item from electrical systems and water pressure to crawl spaces and roofs. The resulting report is very detailed, with numerous pictures and videos, and can identify major issues as well as small updates needed. This service saves clients from future headaches and is the only inspector many will use.
I was very impressed at the amount of items Randy checked and knowledge he had. Everything electrical was tested, water pressure, every faucet, every door... Then he get out a huge drone to inspect roof with a thermal camera,which can also zoom in to spot problem areas. He also got right into the crawl spaces and dirty dingy areas. Pioneer is the only inspector I will use in the future. Highly recommended
Randy was an excellent communicator right from the start. He was flexible with times and completed the inspection one week sooner than anybody else could. I arrived at the property (97 year old brick house and garage) ten minutes before inspection was slotted to begin just as Randy was wrapping up taking pictures of the roof with his drone. He was professional and yet personal as he was also a nearby resident and familiar with the area. Randy is also a licensed builder and drone pilot so feel comfortable having him inspect your property. His detailed report (including probably 100 pictures and videos) will act as my "to-do" list as I move in and work on the small updates...read full review
