Chad and Jerica were very thorough with the inspection on the house we were going to purchase. They found so much stuff that we easily missed when we first walked through. I met this lovey couple when I was buying my first home. They did the inspection for me. They made sure I understood what we were looking at. Gave me tips and ideas for things. When I bought my house. I moved in in a Sunday and Monday a tree feel on it. Luckily there was no visa or damage. I called them to come take a look at the roof after and they were there the very next day. I would definitely call them for any building inspection. Super friendly. Quick and to the point.
