Awhile back I had posted a review on Google regarding the rudeness of one of their employee's. I was annoyed with this person who called me. To my surprise I received an apology from the upper management (CEO) for that person's behavior. That told me that this company has a lot of integrity, if I ever did business with them in the future I would for that reason alone, knowing that they would stands behind not only the company the customer as well.
