My husband and I went for a couples massage with Kili and Emerson. Both of us were so relaxed we fell asleep on the table. Super cute place, price point was great. Would definitely recommend, and will be returning.

I’ve been a monthly member for over 10 years, and H&H continues to make it feel completely worthwhile.
Ammon is AWESOME!! His depth of knowledge and years of experience are clear, and he has a calm, professional presence that immediately puts you at ease. I’ve been seeing him for three years, and every time I leave his table, I feel ten times better than when I walked in. His technique strikes a perfect balance between therapeutic work and relaxation, and he’s been able to address every muscle issue I’ve brought to him with ease. He’s also always happy to answer questions and offer honest advice for care between visits. I’ve seen many massage therapists over the years, and he easily stands out as one of the best.
The rest of the team is also fantastic. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and committed to creating a clean, inclusive environment. Kim clearly puts a lot of care into keeping their prices competitive while still offering a wide range of services for clients. I’m always blown away by how H&H finds new ways to grow and serve their clientele. It’s no surprise they were recently named Top of the Town in Lansing—it’s very well deserved!

Had a pregnancy massage here to help with back pain in the 3rd trimester. They were the only place in town that had a pillow that allowed for me to lie face down. My therapist Kili did an amazing job and relieved my pain.
Then I went back after the baby was born for a couple massage with my husband. Our two therapists, Blair and Yulia, were amazing. They were ready to listen and adjust if the pressure was too much or not enough. Great experience over all!

All I can say is wow! Today I had 2 different services. One with Cassidy where she gave me the most amazing signature facial they offer where she addressed all my concerns! The other service I had directly after was a 20 minute massage refresh where Blair asked what my concerns were and worked on those areas for the 20 minutes which left me feeling refreshed and relaxed!
While there was a small hiccup with timing of my second appointment which ended up with a longer wait (which I was more than happy to wait the extra time for), the staff at Health and Harmony offered me a complimentary red light therapy session for the inconvenience! On top of that, a small discount was added to show how valued my time was!
Not only that, the owner, Kim reached out to me personally to apologize for the delay and inconvenience. It’s incredibly clear that Health and Harmony values their customers and their customers time spent with them! And not to mention the quality of all my services was top notch! I could not recommend Health and Harmony more! What an excellent experience, I will definitely be returning!!

Such a pleasant experience! A clean, relaxing atmosphere from start to finish- the front desk agent made checking in and out a breeze, and Casady, who performed my facial services, was extremely professional and talented. Thank you so much for the experience- will definitely be back!

Me and my 16 year old cousin booked his mom a appointment for her b-day and paid in advance and due to the weather conditions and driving in bad weather we tried to get it re scheduled due to the roads being bad. We got told there was no weather advisory so she would have to pay a 58$ cancellation fee and could not reschedule. Her life was more important than this appointment. We called a little after 9am when the appointment was at noon. They did not care that we could visually see the roads were bad. shortly after there was a pile up of over 30 cars on I 96. This business is definitely all about money and profit over the safety of customers. The policy they have clearly has no concern of safety when the roads are bad so if you are trying to book an appointment around winter stay clear away. As we all seen This past week not just the snow can make the roads bad. Wind can, the temperature and the drifts. Beware definitely not a place to go around winter time.

I had the best massage experience at Health & Harmony with Kili. I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant and have been dealing with pretty rough hip pain on top of my usual upper back, neck, and shoulder knots. From start to finish, Kili was absolutely amazing.
Kili took the time to ask what areas I wanted to focus on and treated everything with so much care and intention. Not only did Kili address the knots I knew I had, but also found areas of tension I didn’t even realize were there and worked them out so effectively (e.g., my right wrist, and upper forearm-- who knew?). One of the biggest highlights was being able to lay on my stomach thanks to the bolster support — which was SO nice and something I didn’t realize how much I missed. Actually, I did, but still!
I prefer deep pressure, and Kili accommodated that perfectly while still being mindful of pregnancy. Honestly, during the massage I was already thinking about when I could book my next one. I walked out feeling like a brand new human. Highly recommend Kili and Health & Harmony — especially if you’re pregnant and need real relief.

Okay so here’s my response to their comment- awful customer service and they’re lying. I was a regular and had to cancel due to a health flare up (a condition they knew I had). Despite being a regular, they couldn’t waive the fee even ONCE despite me being very ill. Then between my flare up and the holidays, I forgot to pay the late fee. They did NOT remind me, and instead canceled all of my future appointments WITHOUT WARNING so I couldn’t see my massage therapist. Then told me they ASSUMED not paying was intentional and they won’t remind you. I have the texts to prove it. What a way to think about your clients. Incredibly heartless and disrespectful. I’m taking my money somewhere that actually respects their clients. I hope you lose all of your clientele since you clearly don’t value them.
Also- reviews aren’t only about direct care. They’re about a business overall. So my review stands.

I live in CO and called to see if they could mail a gift card to a family member that lives in Lansing. Peyton advised me they could, but it may not be there before Christmas, so he offered to hand deliver! I received a text later that day that confirmed the drop off.
