Love that they can untie the knots I work my muscles into, many times they find ones I didn't even realize I had :) 90 mins goes by fast when you are focused on just remembering to breathe ;)
WOW! Today was my very first massage ever. Nice little building and clean. I had a 60 minute massage that focused on relaxation and some problem areas with Ashley. I had the choice of using an oil and loved the sweet dreams mix that I chose. Ashley did amazing job explaining the process to me before hand, as well as making sure I was enjoying the massage/Pressure she used during. I think she did amazing, I feel so relaxed now after. Will definitely be back and will be seeing her again!
