1400 Michigan St NE Suite 2N, Grand Rapids“Craig totally made a believe out of me. I didn't think acupuncture was all that it's hyped to be. But, Craig totally made a believer outta me. He was very attentive to my specific needs. Recovering from addiction, mentel health well-being, and problems w/ sciatic nerve. He even gifted me the best herbal/muscle & joint relief lotion. My appt was on Wednesday and I was running a 5K on Friday. No lie!!!“
“Jennephyr is the owner and a teacher! She is amazing! She is realistic, she keeps you safe, and she upholds the theory of yoga. I highly recommend trying her studio! You don't have to be a yoga-master. In fact, check your ego at the door and be a student! Jennephyr and her team will keep you focused, while relaxing your mind. All good things for this place! Namaste!“

“I came here recently for a community class by a recent graduate of their yoga teaching course. The class was relaxing and easy to follow even for a beginner like me. This yoga studio is in East Grand Rapids where there is plentiful parking, either in Gaslight village shops, along the street or in the parking deck close by - and apparently they validate parking. The studio is warm and inviting with large windows on two walls. The people there were welcoming and I do plan to continue attending their community classes and will likely come for other yoga classes.“
