I am fairly new to yoga and I started here at Yoga Zen and I have enjoyed every minute of it. All the instructors have been so kind and extremely knowledgeable. I also love the variety in yoga sessions they offer. Some are intense where others are completely calm and relaxing. They have a class for everyone!
I have been going to Yoga Zen for many years and love the studio. Catherine is the best. I would recommend this studio to people new to yoga and people that have been doing yoga for years.
I've been attending classes at Yoga Zen for almost a year now, and it has become such a peaceful, recharging, compassionate space for my mind and body. Catherine is exceptional in her teaching, greeting everyone by name and offering layered opportunities to grow on and off the mat. Matt's classes are quiet but fierce, and I always leave feeling stronger. Abby is playful and kind, and her classes offer healthy doses of flow and thoughtfulness. Can't recommend this studio enough!
