I purchased a home in Holt, MI and am new to the area. Our realtor provided us with a list of area businesses for different services one of them being HVAC. The list was generated by her and some of her associates from positive experiences from their clients.Our furnace stopped working, of course right at closing time for the day. Austin was at the top of my HVAC list. I called the office and spoke with Fran. She could not have been more pleasant, concerned and helpful. I had Austin Fuller install a new HVAC system in our home. 6 months later, a massive storm shorted out the motor in the new furnace. The owner took it upon himself to ensure that a new motor was secured the next day (their usual supplier was out) so that we could be up and running within 24 hours. Amazing customer service and follow up from these folks. Locally owned and it shows. I have tremendous admiration for the owners after experiencing their dedication to their customers and community. I would definitely recommend!

Austin Heating and Cooling is the best company in the Mid Michigan area! They are professional and down to earth, and are quick to come out to my home to assist me with any issues that arise, even if few and far between because they install top quality equipment at a very competitive price!
