I’m not sure what’s going on with them, But as of right now, currently whoever is at the front desk is extremely rude. They are barely answering the phones at this point. I have been hung up on Two different times. And the third time was when I was leaving a voicemail. They picked up the phone and hung it up.. There’s no excuse for this type of behavior in a healthcare field or in service Based jobs at all!!

I have attempted to call numerous times with no answer. I have been here in the past twice and although the Dr. is kind the staff and waiting times makes her practice not worth it. If this is your only choice prepare to have rude service from front desk and wait half a day to be seen, even with an appointment!

I had an appointment June 14th at 10:45am and did not get seen until 2:40pm .iam back again June 17th ,my appointment was at 9:00am .. it’s 10:19am & I’m still in the lobby waiting to go in the back. I’m very disappointed. I’m trying my BEST NOT TO CHANGE MY DOCTORS OFFICE. Other than that I love the doctors
