Honestly love this location so much! I came in for some blood to be drawn and everyone was so sweet and kind. Minus the fact that i almost passed out from a needle but that’s on me lol. I was able to get in a bit earlier than my original time so that was a plus for me but other than that everyone was wonderful. i recommend here

First time ever going to a planned parenthood location & I won’t have the need to return. I originally had my appointment scheduled for Livonia but this location had a early date & time avail. Somewhat of a easy location to find & parking wasn’t too bad. My appointment started about 20 ish mins late even though I showed up on time ( right when they opened, apt was set for 8:20). I personally think they want to know way too much info , like how much income I bring in. Why does that matter or relate to what my appointment is for? The lady who did my ultrasound was really great but up to that point it was pretty disappointing. I got here at my appointment time, 9:40am and filled out paperwork. I needed a consent form from 24 hours in advance which I also had a difficult time finding the form on the website. I actually had to wait 25 mins on hold on the phone the day prior and have someone direct me through the website after I printed the wrong one out. They still saw me but I had to come back at the time I printed the correct form out at the day before. I waited a hour past my appointment time to be seen. When I did finally get seen it was great with the ultrasound tech but a majority of my time I was waiting they couldn't get their card readers to work, and Just kept telling me to go sit down and didn't give me any updates on when I would be seen. I had to come back 2 hours later at 1. When I did, I came back at 12:30 I've now been here a half hour from my appointment 1:30pm+ no one's checked on me or told me when to be expected to be seen although, I was informed before leaving I would be seen right at 1 when I come in. I'm literally sitting here waiting on a pill...but there's multiple girls hanging out at the receptionist desk so not really sure why I'm sitting here when i feel I could be helped, or at least given an update. I really hate having to check up cause I also work at an office and understand times being behind, but at least let me know. Instead of watching me sit here as I've been since 9:40am, and it's now 1:35 in the afternoon.Last part of feedback-there was another girl who came in and she also printed out the wrong form I would recommend making a more clear section in general on the website so, we can access this, and this doesn't happen to more woman who need this, or even email it a day or two prior
