Only leaving 2 stars because my nurse was decent, however Alexandrea Garbus, on the other hand rushed my exam. I scheduled myself for a pelvic exam and she asked me if I had any symptoms. Regardless of not if I had symptoms or not, I’m a hard working American that pays for my insurance, if I have health anxiety and I want to pay for a comprehensive exam or want a work up, just do that. Don’t tell me what’s easier. I just got the standard testing done because I didn’t want to be touched by her no more and it seemed like she didn’t want to do the exam either. This clinic is hands down the best I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is incredibly welcoming, and the nurses are truly compassionate. Tameka, in particular, was amazing and professional throughout the entire visit. She made sure I understood all of my options, educated me on my rights, and ensured I felt 100% comfortable the whole time. A true 10/10 experience.
I was a bit overwhelmed going in after reading all the reviews, this center was absolutely amazing checki was quick and the medical assistant was great and NP Leah was super helpful. Highly recommend!
